This countertop gas griddle has heavy-duty stainless steel construction with adjustable 4″ high legs. The cooktop is made of 1″ thick ground and polished stainless steel and measures a full 20″ deep. Stainless steel U-shaped burners guarantee even heating, delivering cooking temperatures of 210º to 570º F. This griddle has dual ignition via piezo lighter or match to standing pilot. A built-in rear 4″ splash with tapered sides comes standard. This countertop griddle has a 3-3/4″ wide front grease trough that feeds into a large capacity removable drip tray. This griddle offers accurate thermostatic temperature control with a modulating gas valve. No electrical connection required for controls or ignition.
